A number of people asked me about my “diet” after I mentioned eating healthier last week. Here is the diet I use: The Renegade Diet by JasonGEN the 10 Newspaper man reading Ferruggia. I wasn’t really trying to lose weight as much as eat healthy, add muscle and lose a little fat. I love it. Check it out!

Book I read this week: How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. This book is a classic, and I highly recommend that you read it if you haven’t. It’s advice is timeless. I might take one of the Carnegie courses soon.

 Book I’m reading next week: Impossible to Ignore: Creating Memorable Content to Influence Decisions by Dr. Carmen Simon. Audiences forget up to 90% of what you communicate. Dr. Simon apparently shows you how to improve and influence your audience’s memory of your message and get them to take action. I’m in.
