If you’re trying to lose weight, or even maintain a healthy weight, eating out can be difficult. If you do eat at restaurants, avoid the extras before the meal. Skip the chips and salsa and bread before your server brings the meal. Better yet, ask your server to not bring them at all, so you won’t be tempted to nibble on them before your meal comes.
