If you want to get in better shape, try interval training. Alternate short, intense exercise with periods of low-intensity exercise. Try running or sprinting for 1 minute and then walking for 1 minute. Then repeat that cycle for 15 to 30 minutes. You can improve your fitness quickly, and it can be done in a short period of time.
