Skiing and snowboarding are among the most exciting activities you can do in the winter months. Flying down a snow-covered mountain at high speeds can lead to crashes and skiing and snowboarding injuries, though.
Fortunately, there are some steps you can take to either decrease your risk of injury or to lessen the severity of injury should you crash or fall.

I stress the importance of wearing helmets, inspecting your equipment, staying within the marked boundaries and proper ways to fall.
